Waitrose is a British supermarket chain which is a part of the John Lewis Partnership, Britain’s largest employee-owned retailer. The mega-chain was founded in 1904 as a small grocery store in West London. It had a similar name to its current owner. Waitrose, headquartered in Bracknell Berkshire, England, boasted 350 branches throughout the United Kingdom as of 2015. This included 30 “little Waitrose” convenience stores sprinkled throughout the UK.

The chain was the first major supermarket chain to sell organic food in 1983. The company’s holiday marketing efforts in 2016 have been highly praised and won several industry awards.

How to participate in the Waitrose Customer Survey

You must:

• Take a Waitrose receipt with an invitation to participate in the survey.

2. Choose whether you shop online or in-store.
3. If you have ordered online, please enter your order number along with the branch where you live. This information will appear at the top of your receipt. Click Start survey if you bought in-store.
4. Answer questions. Please be truthful and carefully read the directions on each page and section. Before making a decision, you should read the questions and answers. Some questions allow you to choose one answer while others let you select multiple. Some questions may have a text box. Enter your answer in the text box and be as specific as you can. The text box is not mandatory, but it can be helpful.
5. You can enter a drawing. To enter, read the directions. It is likely that you will be asked to provide contact information such as your email address. If you do not want to be involved in the drawing, close the browser and leave your feedback as is.
