The Cabela’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, found at www.Cabelas.com/Retailsurvey, is an online questionnaire designed by Cabela’s that evaluates customer satisfaction of amenities and products offered. Your feedback and other information is used by the company to improve customer service, atmosphere and update products. As an option, you can also complete the survey online.

Participating in the survey will allow you to provide valuable feedback. They need this information to help them identify what is working and what needs to change. You can also enter a sweepstakes for a $500 gift card to Cabela’s. Your feedback is not required to be entered into the drawing.

About Cabela’s

Founded in 1961 by Richard N. Cabela, Cabela’s Inc. is a specialty retailer and direct marketer of hunting, camping, shooting, fishing and boating apparel and gear, carrying brands such as Browning, Real Tree and other widely recognized outdoor brands. Cabela’s locations have a very distinctive indoor aesthetic that are designed to feel more like sportsmens’ showrooms, featuring large, authentic taxidermy displays and even massive live aquariums.

Aside from its traditional locations, Cabela’s announced the opening of Cabela’s Outpost stores which would be available in underserved areas on a smaller scale. In October 2016, Cabela’s was acquired by Bass Pro Shops though the exact details of the merger are yet to be known.

How to Take the Cabela’s Customer Satisfaction Survey

You must:

  • Access to the Internet and a computer
  • Learn Spanish or English.
  • Have your recent Cabela’s receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.
  • Participation is open to anyone 18 years old or older

Instructions

  1. Go to www.Cabelas.com/Retailsurvey.
  2. The following paragraph is brief. Also, you can read the FAQs and rules for drawing from this page.
  3. Click on the yellow box that says Start Survey.
  4. Click the link of where you visited Cabela’s.
  5. Please read the following paragraph before you click Next.
  6. Answer the first question.
  7. From your receipt, enter the transaction ID along with the date. This information can be found below the text boxes.
  8. Answer questions about your recent visit. When possible, use text boxes and be truthful. You may have to select one answer for some questions, but you will also be able to choose multiple answers for others. Pay attention to the directions.
  9. Once you have completed the questionnaire, enter the sweepstakes to win a gift card. Follow the directions to fill in the text boxes.
